Which products cannot be delivered?

The flower bouquets are currently only available for pick-up at our farm.
You can however ask your local florist to order our flowers for you.

Which products are available all across Canada through delivery?

The peony roots and the cosmetic care products.

What are the delivery fees?

Pivoinerie Lili will deliver your products to you to the address you transmitted to us while ordering. Delivery in Canada only.

The delivery fees are $9.95 + taxes, and delivery is free on orders of $100 and more before taxes.

How can I get free delivery?

If you have an order of $100 or more before taxes on our website, no matter which products.

I am ordering a peony, a bouquet and a cosmetic care product, will I get 3 deliveries?

The peony roots are only delivered in October. The flower bouquets are only available for pick-up at our farm. The cosmetic care products will be shipped separately when your order is completed. It is possible for you to combine all these product categories into one order and to benefit from promotions. Yeah!

I ordered a peony root, when will my order be delivered?

The peony roots are available for pre-order all year round. However, they are only delivered at the ideal planting time, which is in the month of October. You will receive a follow-up email when your order will be shipped.

Which shipping service do you use?

The shipping of products may vary depending on the products themselves and on the place of shipment. Delivery is subject to the rules of the different shipment services Pivoinerie Lili works with. You are therefore also subject to these rules, including having to sign an acknowledgement of receipt, if applicable.

Return and exchange policy

What is the return and exchange policy?

Because our products are floral (live) or cosmetic care, no return or exchange is accepted.

However, if you have received a damaged product or if the products you have received do not match the ones you have ordered, please contact us at info@pivoinerielili.com.
We will reimburse the damaged or missing products or, according to the situation, send you the missing products.

I have received a damaged package

In the case that your package arrives at your home in a bad state and one product is damaged (or multiple), it is important that you send us pictures of the damaged product(s) at info@pivoinerielili.com

Reimbursements are made through the original method of payment in the 48 hours following the receiving of the package. The reimbursement can take up to 7 days before showing up in your account depending on your bank policies
